近日，我公司多次接到《厦门日报》等多家媒体及部分经销商的电话，就北京中健泰和电子商务有限公司对外宣传与我公司进行战略合作，我公司总裁胡远江先生为中健泰和顾问这一事进行咨询，在此，我公司特声明如下： 

    1、 我公司并未与北京中健泰和电子商务有限公司进行战略合作； 

    2、 我公司总裁胡远江先生也并未在该公司担任任何顾问职务； 

    3、 我公司已经于2006年6月7日致函北京中健泰和电子商务有限公司，要求其停止这样的不实宣传； 

    4、 对于该公司在对外宣传中对我公司造成的名誉侵害，我们保留对其追究法律责任的权利。

Announce about Haichou Having No Cooperation with Zhongjian Taihe Company

    Recently, our companies received many calls from distributors of Zhongjian Taihe and the Xiamen Daily. All of them consulted us that whether there was cooperation relationship between two companies and whether Mr. Hu Yuanjiang was the consultant of Zhongjian Taihe Company. Related to all the questions above, our company announce as following:

1.         Our company never has the strategic cooperation with Zhongjian Taihe Electronic Business Co., Ltd..

2.         Mr. Hu Yuanjiang, CEO of our company, never become the consultant for Zhongjian Taihe Electronic Business Co., Ltd..

3.         On June 7^th of 2006, our company has send the formal document to Zhongjian Taihe Electronic Business Co., Ltd., and asked them to stop the untrue communication.

4.         Referred to the infraction on our reputation resulting from the untrue communication, we reserve the right to sue at law.
